The Whole Family Wellness Workshop is a wholesome event for the whole family!

Join Liv Toepfer of Liv by Design, Cynthia Bernard of ATX Yoga Girl and Elisabeth McAllister of Shine Your Light Yoga on April 14th at Casa de Luz for a health-filled, fun and nourishing day that is fit for the whole family!

Adults will join Liv from 9am-12:30pm for the PlantFit Nutrition Workshop and a Yoga & Meditation Class. Your kids have a special opportunity to be on campus with you at our Kids Yoga Camp which includes yoga, mindfulness exercises, outdoor playtime and plant-based healthy treats with Cynthia and Elisabeth. Families will all come together for the last half hour to enjoy sound therapy with crystal singing bowls and an essential oil experience.

Don't worry, kids are not a requirement and attending as a family is not a must. This workshop is open for all to enjoy and to nourish the body, mind and spirit!

Plan to stay for a healthy, plant-based, vegan lunch at the delicious Casa de Luz restaurant! Lunch not included in ticket price.
