Join me at Casa de Luz in April to learn how to transition to a whole food, plant-based diet using the AWAKE Method. You will learn how to un-train and re-train the way you eat - moving from eating to satiate your mind, emotions and ego to eating food for your body's nourishment and needs. In this workshop, you will learn how to transition to a whole food, plant-based diet; how to get your protein, calcium, iron, vitamin D, B12, etc. What foods to eat, how to eat at restaurants or while traveling, how to build muscle as a Vegan athlete, replacement foods and healthy recipes for a Spring Cleanse, smoothies, soups and more.

We will also touch on the why - how your diet and lifestyle choices affect the sustainability of the planet (why eating green is greener) - as well as your own personal goals and having the support to be your best, most optimal self.
