To celebrate turning 41 tomorrow, I am hosting a 41 Day Meditation Challenge that starts tomorrow, 4/25 and I’d love for you to join me! 🧘🏻♀️ They say it takes 20 days to break old habits and 20 days to form new ones...and in this case + 1 to grow on! 🧘🏻♀️ Here is how you can join and we can support each other: - Join my FREE FB Group: Meditate for 41 - Determine a style of meditation, mantra or Kriya that you can stick with for 41 days - sticking with one particular style for at least 40 days is the most powerful way to notice growth and transformation as well as helping you to stay committed - it’s magic! However, if this is new for you are welcome to try out several different practices to find one that suits you, but I recommend settling on one by day 10. - Pick a place and set a time that can be your meditation spot and schedule it in and schedule your day around it. This will help you to make a commitment. - Download the Insight Timer app on your phone. This will be your log and timer, which will help you track your days/times. - start with 5 minutes then increase to 8min, 10 min, 15 and work your way to a minimum of 20min but try to build up to 45 minutes to an hour if you can. - Attend my Meditation classes on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9am at @Sukha yogaaustin to learn more, get support, share energy with others and take a deeper dive into your practice. DM me for a FREE Class! - I will be hosting a few freebie group meditations in a park on sunny days as well, so keep an eye out for those invites. - Read a book about meditation during these 41 days so you can expand your practice. I will share recs in the FB Group. - the only rule is if you miss a day, you must start over. So we begin on 4/25 but your “end” date is up to you.
